We are a web design studio based in Sheffield. We specialize in creating modern, contemporary and high performance websites. Getting To Know You
We understand that every business is different which is why we never use off-the-shelf templates to build our websites. We get to know your business, find out who your target audience is and how they will use your website to create great designs. The first stage is the Design Brief where you fill out a simple questionnaire on-line, on printed forms or during a consult in-person or over the phone. We use the feedback of this Design Brief to start to flesh out what features, look and feel you want for your website.
Custom Design Concepts
Every SlimCat website is a custom design – created from scratch for you. Our expert web designers work closely with our graphic artists to create the initial design concepts, based on the Design Brief. We deliver these initial design concepts to you within five business days – be prepared to be amazed.
Build An Engaging and Effective Website
We only create custom designs especially for you. Our expert web designers work closely with our graphic artists to create the design concepts that will capture the Design Brief, your business and your target market. Be prepared to be amazed. We deliver these initial design concepts to you within 5 business days.
User Testing and Quality Assurance
Although your website is built, it’s not done yet. Our developers test it, put it through our User Acceptance Testing process and then is sent for independent testing with our dedicated testing team. These are the pickiest bunch you’ll ever meet! Only when it has passed their technical scrutiny, is your website is ready for you to view (in demo mode) and approve.
Go Live and Ongoing Support
When you are completely happy with your site in demo, just push the green button and we will send your new website LIVE! From this point on you of course continue to receive the SlimCat dedicated customer service support. Any updates can be made by us for a super-low price, or there is a content management system if you’d rather do this yourself.

Web Hosting is the service that makes your website accessible via the World Wide Web. All Web Hosting accounts provide you with Webspace to upload your website to the Internet and can include other related services, such as database hosting and the ability to create Email accounts for you and your staff.
